Giving Back

Antoinette was raised to always help others, whether it be through volunteering, helping a neighbour with farm chores or her grandparents with gardening. At 7D Massage Therapy we would like to continue helping our community both locally and globally.

Antoinette enjoys volunteering during her spare time to give back to the community. She coached volleyball, basketball and Special Olympics rhythmic gymnastics, hockey team trainer for a range of teams from PeeWee to Junior, and Ringmaster at Spruce Meadows.

For the months of November and December 2025, we will be donating to the Chris Mozell Fund. Chris Mozell (1984 - 2025) was born and raised in Golden, B.C. He was active in a number of sports throughout his school years, particularly in soccer, downhill skiing and basketball.

In honour of Chris, the Chris Mozell Fund supports minor sports for individuals or teams.
