Giving Back

Antoinette was raised to always help others, whether it be through volunteering, helping a neighbour with farm chores or her grandparents with gardening. At 7D Massage Therapy we would like to continue helping our community both locally and globally.

Antoinette enjoys volunteering during her spare time to give back to the community. She coached volleyball, basketball and Special Olympics rhythmic gymnastics, hockey team trainer for a range of teams from PeeWee to Junior, and Ringmaster at Spruce Meadows.

For the months of September and October 2025, we will be donating to the Golden Food Bank. The Golden Food Bank nourishes the community by providing food solutions for those in need.
